The group she built with her own money. Seoul, 2018.

This is the wildest chapter of her music career, so let's start here. In 2018 she launched a K-pop group in Seoul with two other Japanese performers from her industry. Korea pushed back hard. The debut showcase was cancelled. A petition asking the government to ban the group collected over 50,000 signatures. One member left before the year was over.

She didn't quit. She found three new members and put out a second EP in July 2019. Love the music or not, the stubbornness is the story.

She joined in April 2016. The group is also the cast of the late-night shows Muscat Night and Muscat Night Fever!!!, so the songs and the TV work come as a set.
